Personal Investments • Contribute to Roth IRA and withdraw in an year

Dear friends,

I have 27K money now. I am thinking to contribute to Roth IRA (mine and wife's for 2023 and 2024 - 27k) and withdraw when I buying house in this late summer or Fall. I have first contributed to ROTH IRA in 2017 and yearly since then, so passes 5 year rule. I have 250K in 401k account, so need not to worry about retirement, as I'm 35 now.

I already had 200k aside in non-retirement account, I can take little risk and invest 27k in VTSAX or I will invest in Money market fund if VTSAX is too risky in short term.

If you see any pitfalls in this please advise.

Thank You,
