Next month we're having a 500 gal LP tank buried in the yard to serve a new whole-house generator. The installer, who doesn't provide propane but rather only installs tanks, tells me the gauge will be remote-ready, which he says is pretty standard these days. The propane suppliers around here tend to provide cellular sensors, for which they charge a monthly fee.
I'd rather monitor my own tank with my own sensor.
Is there anybody with a similar setup that has a sensor they use/like and consider reasonably-priced, and transmits via WiFi, Bluetooth, or fee-free LTE?
