I click on the New Issues in the fixed income bonds section.
I see there's a Treasury zero coupon maturing 9/26/2024, expected yield 5.269
When I click on it it says 3rd party price 99.307
One bond is $1000 face value
So am I paying 993.07 and getting back $1000 in 8 weeks. Isn't that yield annualized way less than 5.269%? More like low 4%?
