Personal Investments • TIAA Real Estate | Expense Ratio Increase

TIAA RE (QREARX) has seen its expense ratio rise to 1.02 percent. It had been considerably less. (around 0.80).

Anyone know why?

I realize you cannot compare it's expenses to VNQ. I successfully held this fund for a long time, and am considering going back in. I have a fairly good grasp (I think) of what the fund is.
