Would you strongly favor one over the other?

• Vanguard Target Retirement 2070 (has 10% bond)
• 70% VOO / 30% VXUS
• Tilted: 50%-60% VOO / 30% VXUS / 10%-20% VBR or VIOV

Separately we have a a small UTMA (<$10K) where we have stashed gift money over the years that is 100% VTI. His grandparents are holding some $$ in Vanguard Target 2050 or 2055 for him in their taxable brokerage for him(I know!). We have a well funded 529 to take care of his schooling needs.
