Daughter is stranded in Europe, as multi-segment flight home was cancelled due to this current computer mess. Unfortunately, it was booked via Expedia...Spain to France to USA ... on different airlines. My understanding is that Europe is much more strict in require airlines to compensate travelers for delays. Is this a qualifying event? What about added hotel , meals, etc for an extra day or 2? And does she work with Expedia, or the 2 airlines involved?
