We live in Tennessee and planning to start 529 plan for our 2.5 year old.
After researching, Is my understanding correct ?
Tennessee doesn't have any state tax and there is no benefit with the state offered 529 plan. So the best option is to go with Vanguard 529 plan ( they go with Nevada state )
