Personal Investments • CD or treasury- 3-7yr horizon

Hello,
I am wondering where to park some money that will be needed in 3-7 years. Wouldn't want to get it into anything that could lose money.
3 yr CD- 5.75%
5 yr CD- 4.75%
7 yr Treasury- Around 4.65% with possibility of a slightly better overall return if interest rates go down .. (speculation on my part, I guess).

Any other ideas?
