Personal Investments • Help this 56 yr old lady rebalance

Hi, I’m hoping you folks can give me some advice. I recently turned 56, & I currently have a portfolio that’s about 78% stocks. It’s been a nice ride, & retirement is still a ways off, but it took a full 2 years to gain back all I had lost in 2022, & I really don’t want to go through that big a fall again if I can help it (does anyone?!).

I’m not able to contribute anything with my current income, & that’s not likely to change. I like to put my money somewhere & just let it sit awhile. I’m not into trying to make frequent changes, I basically want to keep this growing for another 10-15 years but with slightly less of a risk. Definitely less in stocks. Below is what I have. It is only me, no spouse.

What I’m thinking is moving a chunk possibly to the Target Retirement 2030 acct VTHRX since that seems “easy”, but I would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
