Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Empower Personal Capital + Citi Personal Wealth Management

I have loved Personal Capital for a long time and kept using it after it changed to Empower Personal Capital Dashboard.

Over the past few months it has had some real challenges connecting with Citi Personal Wealth Management where my brokerage is. I have not been able to figure out how to get it to work now. I have added and removed the account multiple times and it still doesn't work. Any ideas or workarounds from any of you?

Any alternative platforms? Here is what I like about this platform -
- All my financial information in one place - I have 8 investment accounts, my checking/savings, and a bunch of credit cards.
- For the credit cards, it imports every transactions and I mark each transaction with a category tag so I know if it is personal or work expense and if I have submitted the expense report yet (this is quite crucial to make sure I'm not paying for business expenses while still maximizing the points return but putting things on the right card).
- I do use the associated savings account because it is easy to transfer $ in/out through the platform and since I have to be on the platform anyway it is one less thing to log into to make a transaction. The savings account called Empower Personal Cash also doesn't have a restriction on the number of withdraws per cycle, so all of my credit cards (10+) automatically pay the statement balance when it is due. So I can always look in the platform and see if my savings account is higher than the total of all the credit card balances.

Thanks everyone.
