Personal Investments • Dropping Vanguard PAS - need advise

We use Vanguard PAS to manage some of our accounts totaling $565K. We also have other accounts with Vanguard that we self-manage totaling $758K. We are planning to move away from Vanguard PAS. We have been with Vanguard since 2019 and our accounts managed by PAS have always included the 4 fund portfolio. (Total Stock Market, Total Bond Market, Total International Bond, Total International Stock.) We don’t see any added value in their fund choices since they never change except for rebalancing. We will continue with the three/four fund approach.
I have another 401K account outside of Vanguard which I am doing Roth conversions before I am required to take RMD’s in five more years. DH is 73 and taking RMD’s from his rollover IRA. Vanguard PAS advisor takes care of the RMD’s.
Fortunately, our Social Security and pensions more than cover our everyday financial needs so we will never have to draw on our Vanguard accounts except for the minimum RMD’s and unexpected major expenses. Our current asset allocation with Vanguard PAS is 50/50. We plan to change it to 60/40.

The PAS allocation in my Vanguard taxable account is the following:
$202,424.00, Taxable account, Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF
$27,437.00, Taxable account, Vanguard Total International Bond Index ETF
$97,950.00, Roth IRA, Vanguard Total International Stock ETF
$30,207.00, Roth IRA, Vanguard Total International Bond Index ETF

The PAS allocation for husband’s account is the following:
$17,035.00, IRA rollover, Vanguard Total International Bond Index Fund Admiral Shares
$105,340.00, IRA rollover, Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Fund Admiral Shares
$84,628.00, IRA rollover, Vanguard Total Bond Market ETF

The allocation in my self-managed Vanguard account is the following:
$165,343.00, Taxable account, Vanguard Total International Stock ETF
$28,820.00, Taxable account, Vanguard Total Bond Market ETF
$508,000.00, Taxable account, Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF
$44,325.00, Taxable account, Vanguard Federal Money Market Fund

The allocation for husband’s self-managed account is the following:
$1,496.00, Roth IRA, Vanguard Federal Money Market Fund
$10,914.00, Roth IRA, Vanguard Total International Stock ETF

Questions:
1.I’m not sure why PAS has some of our funds in both the mutual fund version and the ETF version. Is there any advantage to keeping funds in Admiral Funds? Will we lose access to Admiral Funds when we drop PAS?
2.Is there anything we need to setup before we drop Vanguard PAS so we can do RMD’s without help?
3.Will the funds from the PAS managed accounts be moved to our self-managed accounts? What happens to the accounts managed by PAS? Will they be closed? Will we lose lot details for each fund held in the accounts managed by PAS?
4.How should we tweak our portfolio for taxable efficient fund placement with a 60/40 asset allocation?
