Personal Investments • How to decide which Mutual Funds to sell first?

I am wanting to sell out of 2 UITs and 4 mutual funds that I hold from my ex-advisor. All assets are now at Schwab and I am trying to slowly sell these off to keep putting money in my DIY 3 Fund Portfolio (Thanks, Bogleheads!). It will likely take me a couple years to fully get out of all of them due to cap gains.

How do I know which to sell off first? Assuming I have held them all for at least a year, do I look at: Expense Ratios and fees? How much money it frees up for the least cap gains? YTD return? Morningstar style box?

I don't presume anyone knows all of these funds or can predict the future so I am just wondering do I just make my best educated guess on which to get out of first?

These are the 4 MFs in my taxable account I am trying to sell:

Eventide Gilead A -- ETAGX -- ER 1.43% -- 60K market value -- $20K cap gains

Janus Henderson Global Life Sciences A -- JFNAX -- ER .98% -- 26K market value -- $6K cap gains

American Funds New Perspective C -- NPFCX -- ER 1.51% -- $47K market value -- $12K cap gains

JP Morgan Large Cap Growth -- OLGCX -- ER 1.44% -- 40K market value -- $15K cap gains

I also have 2 UITs that I could get out of with no penalty that I will have had for over a year. I'm tempted to let these go to termination dates though.

Advisors Asset Management Cornerstone (Large Cap Value) -- DIVAMX -- 44K market value -- neg$100 cap gains

First Trust Unit 10990 (52% Large Cap Growth C, 30% Large Cap Value, 10% Small Cap Growth) -- FWMSDX - $20K market value -- $5K cap gains

Any help or advice appreciated! If I sell MFs partially, I have set it up so they are sold Tax Lot Optimizer instead of FIFO (losses first, then long term gains then short term gains)
