Personal Finance (Not Investing) • should I convert most of my pretax savings to Roth?

I am 62 nd plans to work till 70. I have about $175K in individual traditional IRA and $400K in my contribution in pre tax 403B which can be converted in Roth. My employer's 403B contribution $150K can not be converted to Roth.

My question is, does it make send to convert all my Traditional IRA an my 403B pretax ($175K + $400K) to roth over the next 8 yearsbefore I retire at 70? I plan to taje Social security after I retire at 70.

Thanks
