My company is in the process of switching HSA providers from BenefitWallet to HealthEquity. I read on here where a lot of Bogleheads transfer most of their balance periodically to a separate HSA at Fidelity to avoid the $10/month investment fees at HealthEquity. I will need to keep the HealthEquity account to capture my employer contribution and to get the pretax savings, but am interested in opening a Fidelity HSA to do my investing in.
My question is, for those of you who transfer the monies out of HealthEquity periodically, do you really have to snailmail or fax the HealthEquity partial transfer form back? Is there an email address or something that you can upload the completed PDF transfer form to to start the transfer process more quickly at HealthEquity?
