Personal Investments • Laid off notice, specific questions and seeking guidance

Got notified yesterday of layoff in 60 days due to "position being eliminated".
After the surprise, I am buckling down to next steps. Already started polishing resume, reaching out to the network, taking deep breaths, revisiting finances.

Specific questions so far (I am sure more will come):
1. As I look to apply for unemployment insurance, I have some small 1099 consulting that I do, which is not monthly but paid either quarterly or twice yearly. Should I sit down with a UI specialist and discuss these to see if it affects my eligibility and amount?
2. No severance was offered or discussion about noncompete. Should I engage an employment attorney to explore these and pose it back to the employer?
3. Will inquire about COBRA, get estimate, compare to ACA. Will try and get all procedures/med refills done before final day. Anything else on the healthcare front?
4. Will inquire about logistics of unused vacation payout, distributions/rollover of retirement monies, turnover of employer equipment etc. What else at exit?

Thank you all in advance. Having read how kind you are with others who have reported here, I am confident I will learn a lot about the process.
From a financial standpoint, I need to re-run numbers, but at least with Fidelity Planning tool and Firecalc, A-OK if don't work another day in life. I still will look around for some part time or expanding consulting gigs to keep occupied and for pocket change.
