Investing - Theory, News & General • Consolidating Vanguard IRA accounts - as easy as just exchanging funds?

I currently have two IRA accounts with Vanguard - a Vanguard Traditional IRA brokerage account I setup directly with Vanguard and a Vanguard Rollover IRA brokerage account from a rollover of an IRA with a previous employer. Both contain < 10k.

The "Exchange Vanguard funds" interface is allowing me the option to exchange funds between these two separate IRAs. If I want to consolidate my current Rollover IRA (and any future rollover IRAs) into my main IRA account is it really as simple as just exchanging from one IRA to another (in my case to consolidate Rollover IRA account(s) into my primary IRA account)?

Or are there potential headaches to be aware of here - tax or otherwise - from consolidating IRA funds this way?
