Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Social Security Benefits payment confusion

So my wife started SS in January. She also enrolled in Medicare starting in March when she turns 65. Yesterday, she received her first SSI deposit in her account.

Here is what SSA has sent via letters.

November 3rd, 2023:
"You will receive $2,125.00 for January 2024 around February 21, 2024.
Your Medicare Part A and Part B start March 2024"

February 2, 2024:
"Your Medicare Part A and Part B start March 2024"

"We pay SS benefits for a given month in the next Month. For example, SS benefits for March are paid in April.
You will receive $2,018.00 for February around March 20. After that you will receive $2,018.00 on or about the third Wednesday of each month.

Your monthly premium for Medicare Part B is $175.70 beginning March 2024.
We deduct Medicare medical insurance (Part B) premiums 1 month in advance. We will start to take premiums out of your March 20 check."

February 7th:
"We pay SS benefits for a given month in the next Month. For example, SS benefits for March are paid in April. You will receive $1,634.00 for February around March 20 2024. After that you will receive $1,634.00 on or about the third Wednesday of each month. Your monthly premium for Medicare Part B is $559.00 beginning March 2024."

So here is my confusion. They state that my wife's Medicare will start in March. That is as it should be. They also stated in the February 2nd letter that Medicare premiums are deducted a month in advance. To me, that would indicate that the Medicare premiums would be deducted in Feb, one month in advance of the start of her Medicare coverage. However they then say that the premiums will start to be deducted in March.

So the SS payment my wife received yesterday was $2,193. No deduction for Medicare premiums and the amount of the deposit into her account was more than either the $2,125 mentioned in the Nov 3rd letter or the $2,018 mentioned in the February letters.

IRMAA is not the question. We will owe the $559 Part B premiums. I just want to make sure that they are actually going to get paid. We have not received any kind of bill for her Part B premiums.
