I file my taxes annually with OLT, and I am trying to claim the 8911 tax credit. However, every time I attempt to do so, it calculates as a zero credit. I have checked and I am eligible for the credit as I live in a valid census tract. Someone shared a link that allows you to verify if your address is eligible, and according to that, I am indeed eligible. I am looking for advice from anyone who has used OLT to file their taxes this year and successfully claimed the 8911 tax credit. How did you go about it?
